CHILD RIGHTS COMMITTEE

The Child Rights Committee of our school has been a voice of awareness, protection and empowerment throughout the academic year. The committee worked actively to ensure that every student understands their rights and responsibilities to learn, to play and to be safe in school.

 

                                                                                   

                                   

1. Seminar on Child Rights:-

On 8th August 2025 The school organised an insightful seminar on child rights and child abuse conducted by Dr Father Kunduru Jojuretti to the staff members. The session enlightened on the importance of safeguarding, Child rights. Identifying the signs of abuse, cyber-crimes and the need to build a safe and supportive environment for every child.

2. “Eat Healthy Food” Campaign:-

A campaign on eating healthy food was conducted. On 16th July. In the school,    promises. It spread the message that healthy eating is the most prominent habit to be inculcated for a strong body and a sound mind.

3. SEMINAR FOR GIRLS:-

A Seminar on personal hygiene was conducted by Dr Farhath for girl students of classes 8th-10th in August. The seminar aimed to educate and empower the girl students by providing them with essential knowledge and practices to maintain their health and well-being.

Every year during the month of December, the Child Rights committee members visit an orphanage to share their joy through the distribution of books, stationery and provisions to underprivileged children.

Through these initiatives, the Child Rights Committee is helping the students to become more aware, confident and compassionate citizens.  The committee remains committed to creating a school environment where every child feels safe, respected and valued.
